Pls GM help me with my accounts

I have a Problem with my 3 accounts ...

i have 3 chars ( Legendofwar - warrior , Vexx - Taoist and jackychan -storechar lvl 1k )
all chars i have on 3 accounts
but my account password is not correct !!!
i will in launcher my password retrival and use not can you help me pls ?
